Shipping policy

 

 

All orders to the United States are shipped with Royal Mail and sent using a Duties Pre-Paid (DDP) service. This means that any applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and included in your shipping cost at checkout.

 

Made to Order products will be produced and shipped within 14 days of purchase 

Pre Order products will be shipped within 3-5 working days of arrival date to our location to allow us to complete a final quality check. This date may be listed as an estimate within the product information. Details of product arrival to customers who have purchased will be sent out via email. 

UK orders are sent using DPD, please allow 1-2 days working days for delivery. 

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. 

International orders take approximately 6-9 working days for delivery. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays due to customs or stock availability.

Please allow 48 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by the courier will be returned to our location. If your item is returned to us we will contact you via email once received. If you wish to receive the package, payment must be made for a new shipping label.

If you refuse a shipment from Paiden, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any Import Fees that are incurred on the package.

Paiden is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been scanned as delivered by the courier. Delivery confirmation (including GPS, photographic evidence, or courier receipt) will be considered proof of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be issued for parcels reported missing after this point.
