WHERE ARE PAIDEN PRODUCTS MADE?

A small factory in North London, United Kingdom produces all of our products using mostly deadstock fabrics.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

Each product includes a detailed care label with instructions for cleaning. With all of our products, we recommend washing on a low heat (20-30 degrees) and turning the item inside out to protect the colour. Fabric softeners cause dyed garments to fade and discolour.

will you restock sold out items?

Our pieces are made in small runs from deadstock materials, and sometimes we can’t find more of them. Once a style is sold out, it’s rarely restocked. We encourage you to join our newsletter for early access to future releases. Our collections are designed to be finite; each run uses materials we may never find again.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Please email hello@paiden.co with your order number, name, product and exchange product and size you wish to exchange.

wHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. International customers should mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges.

how long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after your return is received.

WHY DEADSTOCK FABRICS?

Deadstock fabrics are widely available and good for the environment. By choosing to use deadstock, we make a conscious effort to be sustainable in our making practices.
