We ship from two locations: London, United Kingdom, and Paris, France. Standard shipping is free for all UK and France orders. There are no customs fees or import duties for these locations, or anywhere in the EU.

Customers that are based in the European Union will have products shipped from Paris, France using La Poste/Colissimo.

EU Countries are: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

The rest of the world is shipped from our location in London, United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked.

How long does shipping take?

UK Standard: 2-4 working days

UK Express: 1-2 working days

US & Rest of World: 6-11 working days

EU Standard: 3-5 working days

Our fulfilment centre in the UK ships Monday- Friday, all weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.

Our location in France ships Monday - Saturday with Sunday orders shipping the following Monday.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS?

Currently, we are not able to ship to these locations.

There are no customs fees for UK and EU customers as we ship from these locations.
