customs fees

There are no customs fees for UK and EU customers as we ship from these locations.

US orders have customs pre-paid at check out. We are not currently able to offer pre-paid customs across the rest of the world.

Customs fees are not the responsibility of the brand and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

The rest of the world is shipped from our location in London, United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
